Position Overview

Are you prepared to advance your engineering career? Micron is looking for a dedicated and skilled Process Engineer to join our MTB PWF MRDA team in Taiwan. This position provides an exceptional chance to engage with state-of-the-art technology and contribute to a team dedicated to achieving unparalleled operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

Process Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Apply RDA tools for detecting and tracking inline defects, and use SPC for monitoring processes and analyzing trends.
• Diagnose and resolve process abnormalities swiftly to minimize downtime and improve equipment utilization.

Process Optimization & Improvement

• Adjust process parameters continuously and support area CIP projects.
• Participate actively in quality system activities such as PFMEA and Control Plan.
• Collaborate with area process engineers to strengthen inline defense line (DL3).

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Support

• Partner with IT, DS, and APC teams on tool development and maintenance.
• Assist in equipment technology transfer and the successful implementation of new equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience with RDA/AOI tools, with a minimum of 5-6 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
• Outstanding ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at balancing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to convey complex technical information effectively.
