The Vice President of Sales will spearhead our sales efforts in the semiconductor market, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the semiconductor landscape. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network within the industry to foster relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily focused on growing revenue with all OEMS operating in Taiwan, both global OEMS and domestic PC manufacturers, while ensuring customer satisfaction in our day to day support activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and FAE team, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Establish sales goals, forecasts, and performance metrics; track and report on sales performance against targets.
  • Leveraging senior relationships with local OEMS, local ODMs and the local management teams of overseas headquartered PC companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the global PC market of minimum 5 years.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor market, product lines, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet customer needs and business objectives.
