Business Function:

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Settlement of T&M products, reporting and risk management with a proven track record of automating processes and implementing quality improvements.
  • Ensures completeness and accurateness of daily operations.
  • Support supervisors to identify key issues and self-develop MIS analytics at ad-hoc base.
  • Processes Corporate Settlement and Interbank Transactions.
  • Reconciliation between in-house system and counterparties, GL and Nostro.
  • Ability to use automation tools such as Power Automate, Python, SQL, Scripts, QlikView and Tableau etc.
  • Support country automation initiatives and drive progress with stakeholders.
  • Creativity to plan Staff engagement activities.

Requirements:

Non-technical Experience

  • 1 years of FX settlement experience and expertise in relating regulations.
  • Experience in derivatives products settlement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Certificates – Senior Securities Specialist is required, Bill Finance Specialist is preferable.
  • Presentation Skill
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Technical Experience

  • Strong technical skills in automationtools such as Power Automate, SQL,Python, Scripts, Qlikview and Tableau etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken.
