1. 風險評估:
根據核保政策及指引,審核健康傷害險申請案件,評估風險並決定是否承保。
分析申請人健康狀況、職業、活動及其他相關風險,確保決策合理且符合公司利益。
2. 核保作業:
確保核保流程的準確性及效率,並在規定時限內完成案件審核。
與業務人員及代理人溝通,提供核保相關建議及解釋核保決策。
3. 政策執行:
確保核保作業符合公司內部政策、法規及合規要求。
定期更新核保指引,並根據市場趨勢及法規變化進行調整。
4. 數據分析與報告:
分析核保數據,提供風險趨勢報告,協助管理層制定策略。
參與核保績效評估,提出改善建議以優化核保流程。
5. 培訓與支持:
協助培訓新進核保人員,分享核保經驗及專業識。
為業務團隊提供核保相關的技術支持及諮詢服務。

Qualifications

1.大學(含)以上,保險系所、統計/數學、醫務相關科系尤佳
2.具備風險評估能力及數據分析能力。
3.良好的溝通技巧及問題解決能力。
4.細心、負責,能在壓力下完成工作。
5.熟練使用辦公軟體(如Excel、Word、PowerPoint)。
