Role Purpose
To act as the first point of contact for all communications with offshore institutional customers, to provide a reliable link between the customers and various sections and departments of the Bank, to promote domestic custody and clearing, and other banking services to Institutional customers, to assist customers In obtaining investment approvals, to provide market news updates and impact analysis to customers, and to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction in order to maximize profitability for the Bank.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all communications with offshore and local institutional customers;
  • Providing a reliable link between the customers and various sections and departments of the Bank;
  • Promoting custody and other banking services to foreign investors (FINIs) and global custodians customers;
  • Preparing market news updates, due diligence materials and impact analysis to custody clients; and
  • Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction in order to maximize profitability for the Bank.
  • University or above graduated, major in business preferred
  • 3 to 5 years in securities industry, or in commercial/institutional banking, servicing foreign institutional customers
  • Excellent English spoken and written communication skills
  • Qualified Trust Personnel license
