Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with global team to provide technical service and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers and external partners to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct Laboratory works and perform material analysis/demonstration to address customer requests and project needs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Sales and Marketing teams to engage with key accounts and the value chain, identifying product value propositions and long-term technology trends.
  • Coordinate with quality team to meet customer requirements and drive quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material science or related fields.
  • Self-motivation, quick learner, and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Over 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor industry with knowledge of semiconductor fabrication or advanced packaging processes.
  • Expertise in relevant area of technology, such as PI/PBO passivation or photoresist applications.
  • Proven experiences in technology or application development.
  • Hands-on experiences in laboratory management, lithography equipment, material demonstration and analysis equipment operation.
  • Effectively communicate to global organization based on different PCFs needs.
  • Fluent in communications with Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to travel overseas as required.
