職稱名稱:Associate, Catalog Operation 商品客訴管理專員

主要職責
1.問題調查與分析:接收並審閱升級的客戶投訴,仔細分析所回報的商品資訊不正確問題。
2.資料驗證:與相關部門合作,比對產品資料庫、規格、網站內容或其他公開資訊,以驗證回報的資訊差異。
3.根本原因分析:診斷資訊問題的根源,判斷是來自資料輸入錯誤、內容過時、溝通不良或其他系統性問題。
4.修正與執行:提出並協調具體的修正行動,更新商品資訊並使其在所有平台上標準化,確保資料的一致性與準確性。
5.溝通與追蹤:定期向客服團隊或直接向客戶更新調查進度與最終解決方案,並追蹤客訴狀態直到問題完全解決。
6.流程改善:記錄與分析重複出現的資訊問題,並向管理階層提出改善建議,以預防未來發生類似的客訴。

必要技能
1.問題調查與分析能力:具備深入調查與分析商品資訊問題的能力。
2.跨部門協作:能與不同部門有效合作,共同解決商品衍生之客訴相關問題。
3.溝通協調能力:能有效與內部團隊溝通,提供清晰的進度更新與解決方案。
4.細心與準確性:具備高度的細心,能精確執行資料驗證與系統操作。
5.解決問題與邏輯思維:具備清晰邏輯思維與解決問題能力,能獨立找出問題根源並執行修正。

加分技能
1.電商經驗:具備供應商至商品上架觀念,系統資訊不一致可能導致問題的狀況。
2.流程優化經驗:具備優化或改善資料管理流程的相關經驗。
3.專案管理經驗:具備小型專案管理或跨部門協作專案的經驗。
4.供應鏈相關經驗:有供應鏈管理、採購或相關領域工作經驗。
