Main responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance for our products and applicable processes to our staff, representatives and customers. - Maintain an up-to-date library of all technical reference documents.
  • Assistance in the preparation of sales quotations.- Training of staff and customers as appropriate.
  • Proactively takes ownership on resolving service problems.
  • Interface with the customer regarding technical requirements analysis and schedule, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts.
  • Exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
