【任職要求】

學術背景:海外知名院校的在讀本科/研究生,藥學/臨床等相關背景優先考慮

實習經驗:具備製藥行業/醫藥領域管理諮詢相關實習經驗的優先考慮

實習時間:每週實習5天優先考慮,需至少保證每週3-4個全天,能接受加班;需盡快到職,實習總長度至少能保證3個月

學習能力強;工作認真負責;有較強的ownership

【Responsibilities】
Support and participate in projects related to medical affairs solutions (medical strategy, medical education activities, organizational operational optimization, etc.), including:
1. Conduct desk research, collect, analyze, and organize data
2. Organizing and analyzing primary research materials (e.g., interview summaries) to extract actionable insights
3. Assisting with report preparation, including PPT content refinement, layout design/revision, and translation
4. Completing other tasks assigned by the team
【Qualifications】
1. Academic Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate program at a top-tier university or internationally renowned institution; preference given to candidates with backgrounds in pharmacy, clinical sciences, or related fields
2. Internship Experience: Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare management consulting internships preferred
3. Internship Schedule: Preference for 5-day workweek; must commit to at least 3-4 full days weekly with flexibility for overtime; immediate start date required; minimum 3-month commitment
4. Strong learning ability; diligent and responsible work ethic; high sense of ownership
