【Job Title】Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

【About the Role】

We are looking for a passionate and organized Recruiter to join our HR team. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment for both local and global positions, including expatriate and overseas hiring, and will also contribute to employer branding and training initiatives for our Taiwan office.

You will collaborate closely with business leaders and global HR teams to identify top talent and enhance our employer presence across markets.

【Responsibilities】

Recruitment (70%)

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for Taiwan, global, and expatriate roles, covering sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  2. Handle HQ Finance department recruitment as a key focus area, while also supporting other functions such as Sales, Marketing, and IT.
  3. Manage hiring for both overseas local teams and Taipei-based expatriate positions.
  4. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define role requirements, and provide market insights.
  5. Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, 104, referrals, global job platforms) and maintain accurate recruitment reports.

Employer Branding (10%)

  1. Manage and operate LinkedIn Pages (LATAM & EU) and Xiaohongshu (Rednote) accounts for employer branding campaigns.
  2. Plan and execute online/offline branding and engagement activities to strengthen employer image.
  3. Align with regional HR to ensure consistent employer branding strategies across markets.

Campus Recruitment (10%)

  1. Support China campus recruitment projects, including job posting, event coordination, and candidate communication.

HR Support – Training & Onboarding (10%)

  1. Coordinate new employee onboarding and landing processes for Taiwan office.
  2. Assist with education and training programs, including planning, logistics, and communication.
  3. Support other HR initiatives and cross-border projects as needed.

【Requirements】

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR, Business, or related fields.
  2. 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in-house or agency.
  3. Experience recruiting for Finance positions and global/expatriate roles is highly preferred.
  4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  5. Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  6. Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  7. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
  8. Strong coordination skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Shenzhen HR team and report progress regularly.
