1. Upload sales target
2. Daily/weekly/monthly/sales performance reports,Weekly preparation of best sellers by categories and photobook sales numbers updates as well as linestore product list maintanance.
3. Assist Inter-departmental meeting and training running smoothly
4. Provide administrative support to store operations team such as, invoice checking & payment follow-up
5. Stores general affairs management and maintenance
6. Cooperate with supervisor and assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
7.Responsible for department store contract renewal and filing management, as well as annual store insurance renewal.
8.Monthly upload defective list and other reports when required.

Requirement

1.Diploma/Degree in Business or related discipline preferably with 1 year experience in inventory management/ administration
2.Assist in administrative affairs and provide timely support with great business manner and strong acumen"Self-motivated, positive work attitude and able to work under pressure.
3.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
4.Excellent organizational skills, innovative, detailed, and meticulous in work assigned
5.Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
6. Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to multi-task
7. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
