工作內容

  1. 設計能提升內容消費、互動率與留存的產品體驗。
  2. 透過數據(Mixpanel、Hotjar 等)找到真實痛點並提出優化。
  3. 打造並優化跨平台 UX Flow(Web / App)。
  4. 建立、維護 Design System(Tokens、Components、Patterns)。
  5. 與 PM、工程、行銷、營運合作,把設計真正落地、產生成效。

必要條件

  1. 1–5 年以上 Web/App 產品設計經驗(依能力分 Junior/Mid/Senior)。
  2. 熟悉 Figma、Auto Layout、Design Token、Component、Design System。
  3. 理解 UX Flow、資訊架構與互動設計。
  4. 作品集至少一個完整案例(問題 → 推論 → 流程 → 決策 → 畫面)

Junior
:基礎扎實、學習快,可在指導下完成模組任務。

Mid
:可獨立主導中型專案,以體驗優化推動成效。

Senior
:能定義問題、整合觀點,用設計影響決策與產品方向。
