職責

1. 使用者端(個人電腦)資訊軟硬體相關設備之諮詢、問題檢定、故障排除、移置、安裝、設定、操作說明等,並維護系統功能正常運作。
2. 機房實體管理等資訊軟硬體相關設備之維護、問題檢定故障排除等。
3. 機關伺服主機設備之管理及各作業系統環境等系統維運。
4. 專案網路軟硬體相關設備之諮詢、問題檢定、故障排除、移置、安裝、設定、升級、操作說明等。
5. 配合駐點專案單位業務需求,提供其它行政業務資訊技術支援,並處理相關資訊業務臨時交辦事項。
6. 協助製作提供所需之各項資訊設備、機房、網路及系統相關報表或文件。

工作需求條件

1. 大學以上畢
2. 具 3 年以上資訊相關工作經驗(使用者電腦軟硬體設備維修、建置及維運管理網路設備及架構經驗)
3. 具機房設備管理維運相關經驗
4. 具系統或網路資訊專業技術證照者佳
5. 具有良好的通溝能力、邏輯思考能力佳
