You will provide industry insights and be open to present business development strategies/ plans and key issues to cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Scan the market for potential strategic channel partners to enhance the growth of subscriptionsConnect, develop and maintain relationships with the partners in the mobile internet ecosystemWork closely with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Finance, Brand Marketing, Product, etc.) to carry out the projects and track the performanceExecute business negotiations and contract processSupport all strategic initiatives with the relevant research and market and partner intelligence to aid in strategic decision makingBe a problem solverRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceStrong presentation and communication skillsSmart, mature, integrity with good interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility.Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently, to effectively communicate with and serve partners2+ years of experience in business development or sales in the internet and/or the marketing/advertising industryDetail-oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong reasoning skillsAbility to multitask and switch focus quicklyProven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the boxBeing both a self-starter who has the ability to work independently and a team playerNice to Have:Experience and success in strategically growing & maintaining complex, high-value managed accounts, through a consultative approachExperience in solving issues with both internal and external cross-functional teams. Being a problem solverKnowledge of key KKBOX Group-related products. (KKBOX, BlendVision, Going Cloud, etc.)Being numerate and adept at analyzing and interpreting data as well as using it to set goals/ review resultExperience working in a fast-paced startup environmentAdvanced Excel and analytical experienceMusic lover would be a plus
