Data Insights Strategist

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is a leading AI-driven technology company, dedicated to enhancing users' beauty through image products and services.

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our data product management team, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data products that deliver valuable insights and meet clients' analytics needs.

• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
• Help with data pipeline and data warehouse management

• Three or more years of experience as a data analyst or data product manager
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics. Master's degree is plus
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
• Strong Python and other programming skills to deal with data
• Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
• Fluent English is a must

We offer a competitive salary range of RMB 250,000 - RMB 400,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
