We are seeking a highly experienced Data Products Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven products, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data products that deliver valuable insights and meet clients' analytics needs, ensure data governance, optimize product performance, and communicate with stakeholders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

You will create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.

Defining and implementing data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.

You will help with data pipeline and data warehouse management.

Requirements:

• Three or more years of experience as a data analyst or data product manager.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics. Master's degree is plus.
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
• Strong Python and other programming skills to deal with data.
• Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
• Fluent English is a must.

Salary: RMB 180,000 - 250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
