Electrical Principal Engineer

Our Electrical Engineering team is a driving force behind the development of innovative hardware solutions. As an Electrical Senior Principal Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge designs that meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage electrical design activities, collaborating with designers, suppliers, and key technical partners to ensure designs meet requirements for schedule, feature set, functionality, cost, quality, reliability, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
- Review and evaluate original design manufacturer and sub-tier vendor capability to support product development and production.
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical and software functions.
- Maintain products in Mass Production Stage, working closely with Quality, Factory, and Worldwide Procurement teams to resolve issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive innovation, exploring new technologies and patents to stay ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in Intel/AMD hardware product development in the PC industry.
- Advanced leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional teams and delivering results.
- Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory and principles.
- Advanced technology/engineering skills relating to design, test, and quality.
