We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team and lead the development of advanced liquid cooling solutions for AI, HPC, and enterprise server markets. As a key member of our cross-functional engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and highly reliable mechanical solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate design targets and requirements for implementation, and communicate effectively to drive collaboration and achieve project goals. Your expertise in pressure vessel design, including structural analysis, construction methodologies, design for manufacturability, and material requirements, will be essential in ensuring the creation of highly reliable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative and highly reliable mechanical solutions for liquid cooling and cold plate applications.
    • Evaluate design targets and requirements for implementation, communicating effectively to drive collaboration and achieve project goals.
      • Develop and evaluate strategies and new design concepts to solve future challenges, leveraging expertise in pressure vessel design.
        • Evaluate design performance through stages of development, utilizing analysis and testing to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
          • Demonstrate passion and support a vision for global DLC teams, driving innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in pressure vessel design, including structural analysis, construction methodologies, design for manufacturability, and material requirements.
    • Predict and validate pressure handling performance of designs, utilizing creative problem-solving skills.
      • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and a master's or PhD preferred.
        • Fluent English language skills for presentation and communication.
