Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Sliema, Malta. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading architectural discussions and decisions, improving or creating new standards, and acting as a proxy between the development teams and clients.

You will work closely with software developers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to mentor and guide colleagues will be essential in driving engagement, motivation, and talent retention within the team.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in development, proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures, and experience with relational databases, asynchronous programming, and different software development lifecycles.
