Product Development Visionary

We're seeking a Product Development Visionary to lead our engineering solution. As the central resource for all aspects of product development, you'll be responsible for driving teams toward appropriate designs of customer technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Directs the efforts of others in achieving strategic and operational objectives.
- Organizes intra- and inter-organizational activities to ensure completion of products/programs/projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Leads communication with extended teams and ensures they're informed and agreeable to all activities needed for products/programs/projects/solutions to succeed.
- Manages day-to-day project execution, leads process improvement initiatives, and stays informed about current and future technology trends.
- Analyses and addresses gaps in go-to-market technical collateral, develops budgets, schedules, and performance requirements, and builds long-term development plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 8+ years of leadership experience.
- Advanced technology/engineering skills relating to design, test, and quality.
- Strong understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions.

- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex products and programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Lead process improvements and implement best practices to enhance product development and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies.
