• Cultivate customer relationships and foster trust through effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify emerging technology inflections through customer interactions and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain technical information that is accurate, relevant, and accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement innovative technology systems that enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.
• Establish efficient communication channels to facilitate seamless customer follow-up and ensure a positive experience.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through process optimization, tool development, and team collaboration.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Product Marketing, Product Development, Service Engineering, and other departments to ensure a unified approach.
• Lead strategic projects that secure business growth and build trust in our capabilities, while aligning with management reviews and expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ph.D./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Semiconductor Device Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in developing FinFET technology and/or CMOS device technology and process integration.
• Expertise in Nano sheet and vertical GAA logic transistor technologies.
• Strong understanding of advanced CMOS fabrication processing, integrated flow, chemistry, and physics.
• Proven success in building partnerships with customers and internal organizations.
• Market and industry knowledge to develop and deploy customer solutions effectively.
• Experience working with local, regional, and global teams, with high levels of collaboration and work across divisions.
• Ability to think strategically and organize thoughts to translate plans into action in a matrixed environment.
• Self-direction and prioritization skills among competing goals, with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
