The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the engineering efforts for AI enterprise system hardware across compute, storage, and networking. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners to drive architectural excellence in product design and ensure alignment and success.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Engineering Efforts: Lead the engineering efforts for AI enterprise system hardware across compute, storage, and networking.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners to drive architectural excellence in product design, building strong relationships to ensure alignment and success.

  • Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring the highest quality standards, designing and implementing robust test plans to validate system performance and reliability.

  • Strategic Business and Portfolio Management: Apply strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes to meet customer needs.

  • Vendor and Technical Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements

  • Development Engineering Expertise: Strong background in development engineering of compute, storage, and networking architectures, with proven experience in designing solution-level AI enterprise data center systems.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to achieve outstanding results.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Quality Assurance and Problem Solving: Expertise in root cause analysis, defect resolution, and test plan architecture to ensure high-quality standards.

  • Strategic Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to drive strategic initiatives and optimize project outcomes.
