Job Description: Electrical Senior Engineer

We are looking for a talented Electrical Senior Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Electrical Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering new PCBA technologies and logic solutions that scale across our next-generation enterprise portfolio.

You will work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell Technologies and suppliers to ensure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality and quality, as well as industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions in collaboration with a dynamic team of electrical engineers.
  • Design next-generation HW features in partnership with front end teams and industry partners.
  • Drive feature and cost trade-off analysis to provide technical recommendations.
  • Provide design guidance to enable and support global teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in product development from early Concept through production.
  • Competency in both analog and digital design.
  • Proficiency with EE design and simulation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of PCB layout design practices.
  • Bachelor of EE with 5+ years of related experience.
