Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Concentrus. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for implementing recruitment strategies and plans to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the US market.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide consultative services on selection methods and criteria.
  • Source and manage various recruitment channels to ensure quality hiring for corporate or outside clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Market knowledge and ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
