Principal Embedded Software Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation firmware development for cutting-edge technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated systems and software based on customer business goals and needs.
Key aspects of the role include leading next-generation firmware architecture design, ensuring it is modular, portable, resilient, and secure. Additionally, the individual will participate in the full software development life cycle, collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality results.
As a senior engineer, you will also mentor junior team members, providing guidance on design collaboration, code reviews, development tools, and processes.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in embedded firmware development with a degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of PC ecosystem requirements, including silicon initialization, memory initialization, eSPI communication, power control, thermal management, sensor solutions, USB devices, NPU, and network protocols.
- Experience with multiple programming languages, real-time operating systems, device drivers, databases, system, and network protocols.
- Strong understanding of security development life cycle principles and ability to identify technical vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures.
