Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Test Engineering Team in Taipei. As a Validation Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for driving test strategy implementation, issue analysis, DOE (Design Of Experiment), and validation technical investigations and training.

  • Develop strategic test partnerships with external vendors and suppliers
  • Analyze vendor test cases and gap analysis to identify critical issues
  • Cross-functional dissemination for portfolio/generational test strategy. Create product family test plan & review family test plan, or create product specific test plan & review product specific test plan. Design of experiments for one platform or for families
  • Oversight, tracking and assessment of cross-functional efforts
  • Investigate test tools and methodology recommendations
  • Analyze failure data from various groups pertinent to N+2 NUDD (New, Unique, Difficult, Different) incubations .

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of ARM base hardware and software system architecture, and interactions
  • Enthusiastic about learning new tools, languages, and operating systems
  • Proficient in reading and understanding technical data sheets
