Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ODMs and vendors' assessments for new product development and manage their involvement throughout the software development cycle.
  • Clearly communicate project issues and status to stakeholders.
  • Manage technical providers/ODMs to conduct troubleshooting, root-causing, and bug fixing for software-related issues.
  • Accurately log project schedule, defect, and other data into relevant databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as EE, BIOS, Testing, and Dell internal software teams.
We're Looking for Someone Who
  • Has software project management experience, including planning, risk/change management, and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS/driver architecture and device driver/software programming experience is required.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills are essential.
  • BASIC understanding of hardware and BIOS interactions is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills are required, enabling effective individual contributor and team collaboration.
