Lead Firmware Engineer Role
This challenging position requires a skilled firmware engineer to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex firmware solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software project management, risk management, and change management. Experience with Windows OS/driver architecture, device driver/Software programming, and basic knowledge of hardware and BIOS interactions is required. Additionally, good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, along with excellent communication ability in English, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing WoA BIOS projects, including preparation, review, and analysis of software requirements.
  • Collaborating with ODMs and vendors to resolve software-related issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project schedule, defects, and other data.

Essential Requirements
A bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant work experience are necessary for this position. Strong educational and professional background in software engineering, combined with a solid understanding of software project management, risk management, and change management, is required. Additionally, experience with Windows OS/driver architecture, device driver/Software programming, and basic knowledge of hardware and BIOS interactions is necessary. Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, along with excellent communication ability in English, are also essential for success in this role.
