Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert customer service and sales support, resolving complex issues, interfacing with customers, and recommending solutions to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Order-to-Invoice Process: Oversee the Order-to-Invoice process, including order entry, value-added follow-ups, NCNR setup, MyArrow accounts, and contract pricing maintenance.
- Demand and Quality Processes: Support demand and quality processes, handle escalations, manage reports, oversee inventory sweeps, contracts, RMAs, and resolve post-delivery issues.
- Quote-to-Order Tasks: Assist with Quote-to-Order tasks, including loading SDT quotes, forwarding to the Quote Center, updating extensions, ordering samples, and coordinating contracts.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in electronics industry.
- Detail orientated with a can-do attitude.
