Collection Manager

Position:Collection ManagerJob Description:What You’ll Be Doing• Lead a team to handle the cash collection process and work with the SSC• Work closely with the internal stakeholders in monitoring collections and resolving customer payment issues • Work closely with customers on collections and reconciliation of balances to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments• Prepare the AR reports for month-end closing and for management reporting• Prepare and review tax filings• Manage shipment release for credit hold customers • Respond to the audit-related requests from different parties• Maintain the customer master information• Access the creditworthiness of new customers and review existing credit limits• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing credit control and collection processes to improve efficiencies through automation• Prepare ad-hoc reports, project and analysisWhat We Are Looking For• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field• Professional certification is an advantage• 3-5 years working experience in related field with managing team experience• Proficient in Excel• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills• Prior experience working in an MNC environment is preferred• Good in English, written and spokenWhat’s In It For YouAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
