Description

  • Business partner to BU Director: Strategic Partner, Growth Catalyst
  • Drive value creation including growth opportunities, cost savings and efficiency improvements: Unlock Business Value, Generate Profitable Growth, Optimize Operations
  • Assist with forecasting and annual budget of BU: Fuel Strategic Planning, Contribute to Budgetary Excellence
  • Provide analytical support to the decision-making process: Deliver Data-Driven Insights, Empower Informed Decisions
  • Support the post-acquisition integration: Facilitate Seamless Integration, Ensure Smooth Onboarding
  • Manage the credit and control the working capital: Optimize Credit Management, Safeguard Working Capital
  • Set up a costing process in a newly acquired entity: Implement Costing Framework, Establish Financial Controls
  • Liaison with Shared Accounting Service to implement the accounting process, support the statutory audits as well as other local tax/accounting activities: Bridge the Gap with Shared Services, Ensure Regulatory Compliance, Champion Local Accounting Practices
  • Support ERP launch in the local entities: Spearhead Local ERP Implementation, Drive Digital Transformation
  • Ensure compliance with internal/external regulations and policies in the local operation: Champion Ethical Operations, Promote Regulatory Adherence
  • Participate in special projects as assigned: Embrace Strategic Initiatives, Contribute to Cross-Functional Projects

Profile

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Prior experience gained through an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Financial Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a Business Partner (BP) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role is essential. Experience with a Big 4 or other leading audit firm is highly regarded.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the manufacturing industry is a must for success in this role.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle is a plus.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working in a multinational environment and a comfort level navigating diverse perspectives are essential. You must be adept at achieving alignment with stakeholders across regions and globally.
  • Work Style: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
