Description

• Take the lead in forecasting plant profit plans, monthly forecasts, and providing insightful analysis to drive strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with operations to develop action plans and strategies based on financial insights, while identifying and mitigating financial risks within operations.
• Manage operational costs effectively to drive efficiency and cost reduction, while ensuring quality standards are maintained, and implement inventory control actions to maximize profitability. Additionally, play a key role in talent management by fostering career development and succession planning within the finance team.
• Utilize your expertise in cost accounting to analyze operational costs and provide valuable insights to management, enabling informed decisions on cost efficiency and pricing strategies. Lead the implementation of robust cost accounting processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and local statutory requirements.

Profile

• English language fluency, both in written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and local statutory requirements.
• Technical capability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operational data/reports.
• Superior analytical and thinking skills; Intellectual rigor and curiosity; problemsolving capability.
• Understanding of global business issues, including foreign currency impacts, effective hedging protocols and local customs and duty requirements.
