  • Local operational support to AP & CM teams, Scanning of investigator invoices, supplier invoices and employee invoices into the system after processing them as per the AP requirements.
  • File finance document according to local tax law.
  • Review payment batch, resolve payment related questions.
  • Make sure employee expense report is submitted and collected as required and take care any follow up questions with employee.
  • Educate and take care of inquiries from employees to smoothly process expenses.
  • Assist line manager to prepare relevant analysis as per business needs.
  • Required to have one with Japanese language skill (ref: JLPT N2 or above.
  • As optional, having Korean language skill is a plus since one with Korean language skill can be assigned with more tasks.
