- 每月固定公司出遊或聚餐,生日當月專屬慶生。 Monthly company outings or team dinners, and birthday celebrations on us. 【You will need to 工作內容】 1. 設計並實作飛控系統核心演算法,包含姿態估測、位置控制與自主導航模組,確保飛行穩定性與精準性。 Design and implement core flight control algorithms including attitude estimation, position control, and autonomous navigation modules to ensure flight stability and precision. 2. 基於PX4等開源飛控平台進行客製化開發與功能擴充,並整合MAVLink通訊協定與地面站系統。 Develop and extend customized features on open-source flight control platforms such as PX4, with MAVLink protocol integration and ground station communication. 3. 與軟體團隊密切協作,負責飛控演算法的嵌入式實現,確保系統實時性能。 Collaborate closely with software teams to implement flight control algorithms on embedded hardware with real-time performance requirements. 4. 規劃並執行飛控系統的地面測試與實際試飛驗證,進行除錯與性能優化。 Plan and conduct ground-in-the-loop testing and actual flight trials for validation, debugging, and performance optimization. 5. 整合與調校飛控相關感測器(IMU、GPS、光流、ToF、氣壓計等),負責感測器資料融合與校正,確保飛行控制品質。 Integrate and calibrate flight-critical sensors (IMU, GPS, optical flow, ToF, barometer), including sensor fusion and calibration to ensure flight control quality. 【Qualifications We Require 必要條件】 1. 電機、電子、航太、資工或相關科系畢業,具2年以上飛控與嵌入式系統開發經驗。 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering, with at least 2 years of flight control or embedded systems development experience. 2. 具備PX4或ArduPilot飛控平台的開發或調校經驗,熟悉MAVLink通訊協定。 Hands-on experience developing or tuning PX4 or ArduPilot flight control platforms, with familiarity in MAVLink communication protocol. 3. 熟悉飛控演算法原理,包含PID控制、姿態估測(四元數、歐拉角)、卡爾曼濾波器等。 Solid understanding of flight control theory including PID control, attitude estimation (quaternion, Euler angles), and Kalman filtering. 4. 熟悉C/C++、Python與嵌入式Linux,具備RTOS及多線程軟體架構開發能力。 Proficient in C/C++, Python, and embedded Linux, with experience in RTOS and multi-threaded software architecture. 5. 熟悉通訊協定(UART、CAN、I2C、UDP),具備版本控制(Git)與團隊開發流程經驗。 Familiar with communication protocols (UART, CAN, I2C, UDP) and experienced with Git-based collaborative development workflows. 6. 熟悉飛控相關感測器模組(IMU、GPS、光流、ToF 等)的資料擷取、校正與即時融合應用。 Experienced with UAV sensor modules (IMU, GPS, optical flow, ToF) including data acquisition, calibration, and real-time fusion for flight control. 【Qualifications We Preferred 加分條件】 1. 具備無人機組裝、實際飛行測試或飛行器調參經驗。 Hands-on experience with UAV assembly, flight testing, or vehicle parameter tuning. 2. 熟悉 ROS / ROS2,具備基於 Linux 的輔助電腦(Companion Computer)開發經驗。 Familiar with ROS/ROS2 and Linux-based companion computer development. 3. 熟悉無線通訊協定(Wi-Fi、LoRa、5G、Mesh)或地面站通訊架構。 Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (Wi-Fi, LoRa, 5G, Mesh) or ground-station communication systems. 4. 具備 MATLAB / Simulink飛控系統建模與模擬經驗。 Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for flight control system modeling and simulation. 5. 具備良好中英文溝通能力,能在快節奏環境下有效安排任務優先順序。 Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. 具備團隊合作精神與注重細節的工作態度。 Collaborative team player with a detail-oriented and organized mindset.
