At STARBIT's Product Design Team, we are moving beyond traditional waterfall development and embracing Vibe Coding + Agile Iteration . Ideas no longer need months to go from concept to launch. Here, we move in days — sometimes even hours .
This is where AI gets built in the real world. You'll work hands-on with hybrid cloud and on-premise architectures, LLM applications, and AI Agent design , collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and fellow Product Managers to experiment quickly, validate ideas rapidly, and scale what works. Whether you're looking to transition from traditional software development into AI, already working in the AI space, or simply passionate about AI with limited experience but a strong willingness to learn and build — this is a place where you can accelerate your growth and amplify your impact.

What You'll Do
- Define product direction for AI solutions, including LLMs, AI Agents, and hybrid cloud/on-premise applications .
- Turn ambiguous business needs into clear, testable product hypotheses .
- Design and launch MVPs to rapidly validate market demand and real-world use cases.
- Introduce and apply Vibe Coding and prompt-driven development workflows .
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams through high-frequency product iterations .
- Drive AI features from demo and prototype stages into real-world commercial applications .
- Focus on making products work rather than producing lengthy documentation. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other rapid iterative development methodologies .
- Ability to independently create PRDs and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-framing and problem-definition skills , with the ability to identify core value from ambiguous requirements.
- Basic understanding of and strong interest in AI technologies, including LLMs, Chatbots, and Automation . 1. 熟悉 Agile / Scrum 或快速迭代開發流程 2. 能獨立撰寫 PRD，並能夠推動跨部門落地 3. 具備「問題定義能力」，能從模糊需求中找出核心價值 4. 對 AI（LLM / Chatbot / 自動化）有基本理解與高度興趣 Nice to Have
- Product experience related to LLMs, RAG, or AI Agents .
- Experience developing CRM, SaaS, or B2B enterprise systems .
- Hands-on experience using tools such as GPT, Claude, or other AI tools to accelerate product development and delivery.
- Understanding of APIs, system integration, and data flow design .
