Our client is an MNC manufacturing company. They're hiring a Recruiter to help with the recruitment activities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary recruitment partner to designated business units, delivering full-cycle hiring solutions from requisition intake through onboarding.
- Drive direct sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top talent while building and maintaining robust talent communities and candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define hiring requirements, conduct talent market mapping, and facilitate effective selection decisions.
- Oversee recruitment operations, including interview scheduling, offer negotiations, ATS/CRM management, reporting, and adherence to agreed service levels and compliance standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor hiring activities, and talent availability to provide consultative recruitment advice and support business growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1
- 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Domain experience in precision manufacturing (pharmaceutical, life science, semicon, etc.) is highly preferred
- Sourcing specialists with high calibre are considered as well
- Native command in Mandarin & fluency in English
- Candidates with short notice/immediate availability are highly preferred
