Role Purpose Lead ASUS global brand governance, brand experience, and flagship event initiatives by translating brand strategy and narratives into cohesive, scalable physical, digital, and hybrid programs. This role drives end‑to‑end execution of brand guidelines, campaigns, and events through strong cross‑functional collaboration and agency/vendor management, ensuring brand consistency, distinctive brand experiences, earned amplification, and measurable brand impact and audience engagement. The position plays a key role in accumulating long‑term ASUS brand equity while supporting business transformation and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Governance & Brand Guidelines: Drive ASUS global brand governance by developing, maintaining, and implementing brand guidelines that ensure consistent brand expression across all customer, partner, and stakeholder touchpoints worldwide. Brand Experience & Event Excellence: Lead and support the planning and execution of flagship brand events, trade shows, customer engagements, and strategic brand activations, including exhibitions such as NAB, IBC, and Gamescom, ensuring a consistent and impactful ASUS brand experience. Global Event Frameworks & Best Practices: Develop scalable event frameworks, brand experience standards, execution guidelines, and best practices that strengthen global consistency while enabling flexibility across regions, business groups, and local markets. ProArt Community & Thought Leadership Programs: Own the development and execution of ProArt Masters Talks and related creator-focused programs, strengthening ASUS ProArt brand visibility, community engagement, and thought leadership within the creative ecosystem. Brand Projects & Cross-functional Collaboration: Support and execute ASUS Brand cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment, stakeholder engagement, governance implementation, and the successful delivery of strategic branding projects. Brand Communication Platforms & Knowledge Management: Manage and continuously enhance internal brand communication platforms, ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest guidelines, assets, best practices, and brand updates. Brand Innovation & Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities and challenges in brand execution and customer experience, proactively proposing improvements, innovative engagement approaches, and strategic initiatives such as IP collaborations, partnership programs, and new brand activation concepts. Brand Standards, Audits & Compliance: Collaborate with HQ divisions, regional teams, subsidiaries, agencies, and external partners to monitor, review, and audit brand-related assets, ensuring alignment with ASUS brand standards, visual identity guidelines, and communication principles. Stakeholder & Agency Management: Partner with internal stakeholders, regional teams, external agencies, and event vendors to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and brand integrity. Brand Stewardship & Advisory: Act as a brand steward and trusted advisor, helping teams effectively translate brand strategies, narratives, and key messages into meaningful communications, experiences, and customer touchpoints that reinforce ASUS brand equity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in brand communications, public relations, integrated marketing, brand consulting, or agency environments is highly preferred. Proven experience managing large-scale global or regional events from strategic planning through execution. Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, audience engagement, and integrated communications. Experience working with PR, communications, branding, or marketing agencies is highly preferred. Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrates an ownership mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and driving initiatives with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions proactively. Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of independently leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
