About the Role
The role involves designing and delivering professional training programs to ensure high standards of product demonstration and sales excellence across the Thermomix and Kobold product ranges.
Responsibilities:
Training Program Design: Identify training needs with stakeholders to achieve business objectives, including developing localized training materials and onboarding programs for the full Thermomix and Kobold product ranges and commercial training based on distributor different stages. Professional Training Delivery: Lead and execute professional training contents, ensuring high standards of product demonstration and sales excellence. Demonstration Excellence: Develop the training materials and optimize the demo process to improve demo quality and accelerate sales target. Coordinate with regional teams for training material assessment and optimization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Area Managers to refine training strategies based on local market feedback and operational needs. Develop and deploy training calendar in coordination with area manager and marketing and related cross function stakeholders. Ownership of product/commercial knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the business model. Lead the training advocacy program, to ensure the quality and KPI effectiveness and timely manner. Required
Skills:
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in training program design and delivery. Good understanding of sales processes and capability development. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluent Mandarin Chinese with excellent reading and writing skills. Preferred
Skills:
Familiarity with the Thermomix and Kobold product ranges. Experience in sales training or product demonstration. Experience in product training, onboarding, and demonstration excellence.
