Job Description
1. RF Module Design and Development:
- Design and develop RF front-end modules, including all RF components and related circuits.
- Simulate and implement RF circuits to ensure performance meets design requirements. 2. RF Testing and Debugging:
- Responsible for performance testing of RF modules to ensure all indicators meet design specifications, and plan and develop technical items and documentation related to RF system testing and verification, including test specifications, operating procedures, and quality assurance plans.
- Formulate and execute test specifications that meet customer quality and efficiency standards, ensure high-quality levels in product performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance, and continuously optimize testing processes to enhance overall efficiency. 3. RF System Integration:
- Collaborate with antenna/hardware/firmware engineers to integrate and match RF systems.
- Ensure compatibility and synergy between RF modules and other system modules. 4. RF Performance Optimization:
- Optimize the performance of RF modules to improve signal quality, stability, and anti-interference capability.
- Adjust and optimize RF parameters for different application scenarios. 5. RF Compliance Testing:
- Conduct compliance testing of RF modules to ensure conformity with relevant standards and regulations (such as FCC, CE).
- Prepare test reports and provide compliance certification documents. 6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, antenna, testing, and product managers to participate in requirement specification discussions and feasibility assessments.
- Write RF design documents to ensure maintainability and scalability of the design. Education Work Experience Language Skills
