Job Description
1. SiP Process Development and Optimization:
- Design and implement SiP process solutions to ensure process stability and efficiency.
- Optimize and adjust process parameters to improve product yield and production efficiency. 2. Process Monitoring and Problem Solving:
- Monitor process operations, promptly identify and resolve process anomalies.
- Analyze process data, propose improvement plans, and implement corrective measures. 3. Technical Support and Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with design, testing, and production teams to provide process technical support.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to ensure the feasibility and stability of new product processes. 4. Process Documentation Writing and Maintenance:
- Write and maintain process-related documents, such as process specifications and operation manuals.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents, and update them regularly. 5. Process Technology Research and Innovation:
- Research and introduce new technologies and materials to enhance process technology levels.
- Participate in technical seminars to share process technology experiences and achievements.
