Responsibilities:
• Designing CDM of L11 for DCBBS。
• Designing piping and connection of L11 for DCBBS。
• Assisting rack design of MGX/ OCP / EIA for DCBBC。
• Discussing DFM of mechanical parts of servers and racks。
• Assisting ISBA3B, transportation and GR63 Zone4 test for racks。
• Collaborate with cross function teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and meet expected standards.
• Operate and maintain relevant testing equipment for material property testing.
• Design and implement experiments, analyze experimental data, and write reports, providing improvement recommendations.
• Support the development of new products and the improvement of existing products, providing technical support and professional advice.
• Define the standard processes based on the risk analysis and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors in mechanical engineering, Material Science or a related technical field, Master's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in mechanism engineering, with a background in mechanical design and analysis preferred.
• Strong experimental design and data analysis skills, with the ability to independently write technical reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for providing proper solutions to meet product criteria or customers’ requirements.
