Overview

To operate daily operation of inbound/outbound, loading/unloading, data booking etc… to support to fulfill our commitments to customers in a safely, accurately and timely manner with competitive cost to keep customers’ royalty.

Responsibilities

Use EH&S tools, policies, standards for on-site daily operations implemented safely and smoothly
 
Marine packed cargo shipments booking and handling- understand and arrange order delivery correctly and timely to meet customers need
 
Marine packed cargo and truck road loading and unloading - materials shipped and received accurately as per instruction of sale and purchasing orders
 
Materials handling and storage: on Site material movement against withdraw/return note
 
On Site warehouse management: warehouse environment for storage, space utilization , housekeeping to ensure materials storage in good condition
 
Recording: Daily production booking, GR/GI. to maintain SAP and bonded system data accurately and timely
 
Customs bonded manufacturing managed and complied for boned certificate sustained for duty free of imported materials.
 
Guide and manage service providers (labor contractors, carriers) to provide service at a qualified level to support customers’ order fulfillment
 
Periodically stocktaking and data reconciled to meet Corporate and Customs requirement
 

WMS, SAP and documentation operation and management

 
 
 

Qualifications

Education: University or Master / no major required
 
Experience: at least 5+ years experience in logistic or customer service experience. Chemical related product experiences are preferred.
 

Communication: (verbal, written, instructional etc)

  • Clear oral expression and essential writing skill in Chinese
  • English ability is preferred

Others

  • Forklift license
  • Familiar with MS, SAP, and WMS.
  • Support duties during weekends when necessary (2-3 days/month)
