About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and providing data-driven insights to optimize our marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:- Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (online, social media, email, ads etc.).
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as user acquisition cost, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize marketing data and provide actionable insights from business perspective.
- Contribute to design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.
- Identify trends and patterns in user behavior based on the natural of TAs.
- Work closely with the data team to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing analytics tools and techniques, as well as market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role with at least 2 years experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with marketing automation tools.
- Familiar with tracking code implementation and ads tracking tools.
- Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques.
