They are an innovative startup in the incubation stage, dedicated to revolutionizing AI matching and user profiling through advanced machine learning technologies. Their goal is to create unparalleled user experiences by matching individuals based on nuanced understanding of their needs and preferences.

Job Description:
- Engage in backend development, propose architectural decisions, participate in design processes, conduct design and code reviews, and implement products.
- Identify and resolve complex issues in large-scale backend infrastructure and mobile platforms.
- Manage documentation for all code and functionalities implemented.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and mobile engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend mobile application development projects, preferably in social app development.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
- Experience with microservice architecture using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Competent in Linux operations and capable of handling basic tasks independently.
- Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to abstract and decompose business logic.
- Excellent learning and communication skills, with a keen interest in exploring new technologies.
- A strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
