About the Role
As a key member of our International Business team, you will drive the global expansion of Da Fon's regenerative plastics, representing the company in high-stakes negotiations, trade fairs, and client partnerships.
You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, managing long-term client relationships, and working closely with technical and internal teams to deliver circular plastic solutions that meet the growing demand for sustainable sourcing. Your insights will also contribute to our global market strategy and participation in key sustainability dialogues.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape how Asia's leading PCR supplier connects with global markets — and to grow into a long-term commercial leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full international sales process from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, coordinating internally with R&D, logistics, and ESG teams
- Lead negotiations, including the preparation of agreements and potential financing solutions
- Manage proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment between client goals and internal capabilities
- Interpret client needs and recommend solutions, adapting Da Fon's PCR offerings for various industries
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity, sharing insights with the team
- Represent Da Fon at international trade shows, sustainability forums, and client events
- Automate processes where possible, and ensure historical data can be captured and reused effectively
- Recommend new directions for product applications, based on global client and market feedback
To Succeed in This Role, You Should Be:
- Commercially savvy and passionate about sustainability and environmental innovation
- Open-minded with a can-do attitude, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Curious and research-driven, able to turn market data into strategic insights
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experienced or interested in international market expansion or factory development
- Skilled in implementing or working with AI tools and workflow automation
- Adaptable across cross-cultural environments with strong international awareness
- Ambitious, collaborative, and ready to grow into a leadership role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Mandarin proficiency preferred but not required
- Relevant experience in international business, sustainability, materials, or circular economy is a plus
- Familiarity with proposal development, negotiation, and client-facing communication
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Open to foreign applicants with valid work authorization or relocation availability
