Join Micron as a DEMQRA Mobile RTD Engineer and contribute to crafting flawless memory solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and supporting qualification stress flows and characterizations for Micron's world-class products. Your work will be pivotal in establishing and enforcing quality and reliability standards through detailed testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

Generate Reliability Test Flows

  • Review new design specifications to ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Successfully implement and verify stress and characterization flows as requested.
  • Debug any issues encountered during the flow's development to maintain flawless execution.
  • Optimize tests to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the reliability assessments.
Failure Analyzation
  • Identify and determine relevant failures that require resolution for qualification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, categorize, and resolve failures strictly and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, including C++, Java, Python, C#, Ruby, and more.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor device physics.
