Job Summary:

International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.  Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.  We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.

  • Job Content:
    • Implement Group's key strategic initiatives in Taiwan on credit card business throughout launching new products, identifying effective acquisition channels/ enhancing the onboarding process, building strong collaborative partnership with vendors and merchants and managing card CLCM (customer life cycle management including portfolio management via growing installment, reactivate dormant cards and prevent attrition…)
    • Develop and execute marketing / acquisition programs to grow business scale in terms of total card base, purchase volume and other key performance indicators
    • Oversee and monitor product P&L, optimize profitability and manage overall business and marketing budget
    • Design and implement product related initiatives and programs to enhance product competitiveness and profitability
    • Maintain and expand partnership with vendors/merchants to drive card usage across a wide range of spending scenario
    • Collaborate with sales channels to ensure that business targets are delivered
    • Drive portfolio activation rate, and CLCM through launching various credit card usage programs
    • Promote installments program to increase interest income
    • Ensure compliance and consistency with our compliance and control policy and local regulatory guidelines

Skills Requirements:

  • University degrees
  • Has working experiences in marketing/banking industries
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal/ communication/ negotiate skill
  • Logistic thinking with good analytical and planning ability
  • Good command in both spoken and written English
