Principal / Sr. NPI Product Test Engineer

  • To lead & drive all New Product Introduction Test activities
  • Participate in new process/system setup/review of manufacturing processes
  • To work/liaise with all relevant parties (Business line engineering team, Test Designer, Planners, Suppliers) on the new product introduction, yield improvement and test cost reduction projects
  • To drive new test hardware validation and qualification
  • Have Tester Software knowledge, Test Program (Advantest, Teradyne etc) debugging skills and Test Data Analysis knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills. Leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment
  • Provide technical expertise and support all test related and test procedures
  • Responsible for driving the cross functional team for problem solving to secure project schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in Engineering
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering
  • Good problem-solving capability and able to make data driving decisions
  • Knowledge of Digital, Analog, RF Cellular, Bluetooth and WiFi Testing
  • Experience working on test equipment such as ATE tester, handlers or prober
  • Experience in test data analysis tools, like O , Exensio Yield, JMP …
  • Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work thoroughly
  • Experienced in delivering technical presentations to different technical audiences
  • Able to work independently and with good initiative to overcome technical challenges
  • Value teamwork and being flexible and able to work well in dynamic situation
