What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive test scenarios and detailed test cases based on project requirements to ensure all functionalities are thoroughly evaluated.
• Report identified software issues using established systems, maintaining clear records for effective issue tracking and resolution.
• Analyse test data meticulously, clarifying any ambiguities or inconsistencies while providing thoughtful suggestions for improvement.
• Optimise existing testing processes by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with reproducing reported issues by collaborating with other team members to ensure problems are clearly understood and addressed promptly.
• Communicate findings effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and contribute ideas for enhancing overall product quality.
• Support the implementation of new tools or methodologies that improve the testing workflow or enhance the reliability of web applications.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience creating detailed test scenarios and cases for web-based applications using structured methodologies.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems as well as Microsoft Office-related software to document results efficiently and communicate findings clearly.
• Exceptional logical thinking abilities that enable you to identify patterns, troubleshoot issues methodically, and propose practical solutions.
• A patient approach towards repetitive tasks combined with the resilience needed to maintain focus during extended testing cycles.
