Responsibilities 工作內容

  • Conduct rigorous reviews of fund outflow transactions to identify and address suspicious or high-risk clients.
  • 嚴格審核出金流程,辨識並處理異常或高風險客戶。
  • Analyze client data and extract insights to support risk detection and decision-making.
  • 分析問題客戶數據並提煉,支援風控判斷。
  • Develop operational rules and assist in model building to optimize transaction monitoring processes.
  • 擬定相關規則並協助建模,持續優化交易監控流程。

Requirements 條件要求

  • Strong logical thinking with high numerical sensitivity and analytical ability.
  • 邏輯清晰,對數字敏銳,具備良好分析能力。
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments for daily coordination and issue tracking.
  • 良好溝通能力,能配合跨部門協調與問題追蹤。
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive; capable of working independently with adaptability.
  • 細心、負責、積極主動,能獨立完成工作並具備靈活應變能力。

Preferred Qualifications 加分項目

  • Background or work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 數學、統計相關科系背景或工作經驗佳。
  • Experience in securities back-office operations or strong interest in investment and trading (Note: this role is
    not
    a trader position).
  • 具券商後台經驗或對投資交易有興趣者(※本職缺非交易員工作)。
  • Financial background is a plus.
  • 金融背景尤佳。

★上班時段:

AM 07:00~PM 15:30 (早班)

PM 15:00~PM 23:30 (晚班)

PM 23:00~AM 07:30 (大夜班)

※3班輪班制、周休二日、國定假日及春節需出勤(依法給予加班)

★享有輪班津貼,春節出勤另享有春節津貼

★早班如遇日光節約時間(Daylight saving time)需提早到班,額外補助交通津貼

★完成培訓期後才會正式開始輪三班
